We invited photography and styling duo Alva Galim and Victor Vergara to share their vision of some of our core product stories, Switchwear and My Body.

The editorialized series, shot in the French île de Ré, brings together three of Galim’s favorite things: cars, nature and photography. In the shots, the stark, industrial lines of a sports car are softened with silk Pyjama separates, MyBody pastels and the location’s nostalgic landscapes. Though she now focuses on fashion, Galim spent years experimenting with documentary photography, a honed expertise that shines through in the precision and curiosity of each frame. The series is also imbued with a dreamlike sense, a nod to Vergara’s own aesthetic and love for the ‘90s.

As with everything we do at AZ Factory, the series was intended as a representation of female freedom and independence, sentiments echoed in our garments, which we design for women to look and feel their best in.
