The collection has been brought to life in California, Venice Beach, in a series of Polaroids and short videos by emblematic artist and photographer Maripol.
Maripol has been described as “the gatekeeper of ‘80s club culture”. Her effortlessly stylish one-take Polaroid images of Jean-Michel Basquiat, Madonna, Keith Haring, Deborah Harry and Andy Warhol document one of the most vibrant time of New York City’s artistic history. AZ FACTORY WITH LUTZ HUELLE: “F IS FOR FRIENDSHIP”
At the root of his work has always been one central question: “What is it that my friends want to wear?” The answer is a simple one: practical, functional clothes that also spark joy. The collection comprises shirting, dresses, outerwear, denim, sequins, cotton poplin and jerseys, with pairings of neutrals with pops of bold, happy colors. Though there is usually a dichotomy between style and practicality, Lutz worked to combine both. Here, denim and tailoring, formalwear and leisurewear are seamlessly integrated.

Bon Appétit is an inclusive product story that playfully connects the worlds of food and fashion.
Fuchsia, one of Alber’s favored hues is combined with khaki green, an Ester Manas signature.
Spandex, mesh, and textured knits are mixed with AZ Factory's signature ruffles.

AZ FACTORY OBJECTS WITH FABIO FERRILLOBELLI
AZ Factory is proud to unveil a limited edition run of 35 one-of-a-kind stools, crafted in wood, with panels of deadstock leather and intricate mosaic tiling.
They were created in a multi-faceted creative collaboration between Molloy, Chambers, the Milan-based architecture and design studio FERRILLOBELLI, and the historical expert mosaic company Friul Mosaic, who used hand-cut natural coloured enamels from recycled glass powder to decorate each stool with patterns from the collection.
They stand like totems amongst the clothing – paying homage to colour, form, and the ethos of collaboration and artistic exchange that underpins this project.

What if Africa was the birthplace of couture?
This was the initial question asked for our collaborative product story with Thebe Magugu, INTERSECTION.
As the birthplace of both Alber and Thebe, Africa is a foundational starting point for both designers and seemingly holds key aspects of haute couture such as generational craft and storytelling as part of its culture.
Classic garments are reinvented in smart fabrics, bold prints and modern, versatile silhouettes to create new hybrid shapes, intended for all women.
